I arrived in the year of 1990 to the United States, the year in which I began to realize my dreams; Like all those who come, my purpose was to succeed. Step by step and together with my brothers, after five years I began to achieve my dreams, with the purchase of the first pizzeria, I remember it was in Netcong, NJ, which we later sold in order to buy a bigger one, which we had for some years while I was learning and getting experience in the restaurant industry.
In 2003 I arrived to Middletown, NY, which I now consider my home, here, always along side with my brother, we bought a pizzeria, Franks Pizza, as expected in the desire to grow my brother became independent and I stayed in charge of the restaurant together now with my son, this was how I came to realize another of my dreams.
Over the years, my efforts paid off, I was able to buy other restaurants where I work next to my partners which are Franks Pizza in Byram NJ, Franks Pizza in East Stroudsburg PA and El Patrón Mexican Restaurant in Port Jervis NJ, I won the trust of the people who live in the surroundings and because of their loyalty and affection the business flourished, even more.
But I was missing one more dream, the creation from the grounds of my own restaurant, so I started searching for a place, started the design and the selection of the menu; all that entails the assembly of a distinguished place, where you can please the most demanding diners.
In December of 2017 I reached my highest achievement, at 295 Wawayanda Ave., the inauguration of Carlos'Cucina italiana, this restaurant, which also has a Bar; in which to see my name reflected, crowns my efforts.
